You asked for Structural, Architectural, and As-Builts Plans of the VALENZUELA MEDICAL CENTER.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. 

 Unfortunately, there are no available Structural and As-Built Plan(s) for the VMC Main/Old/Existing Hospital Building.

Lastly, you may directly contact Mr. Mark Chester A. Ong (Engineer III) for further/additional inquiries through 8294 - 6711 loc. 134.
