Hi! Good Day! I would like to request the following data for information for Interior Design Thesis Purposes.

Specifically I am seeking the following data: 
1. The data and statistics of patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the Rizal Provincial Hospital System Antipolo Annex
2. The age and gender distrubution of patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the Rizal Provincial Hospital System Antipolo Annex
3. Existing facilities/spaces to accommodate patients within the Autism spectrum
4. Existing services and managements to accomodate patients within the Autism spectrum

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have data on number of  individuals with autism at  Rizal Provincial Hospital System Antipolo Annex as this is not a DOH hospital and a private hospital. We ask that you coordinate with Rizal Provincial Hospital System Antipolo Annex for this information
