Hi! This is addition to my previous request (which was successful). I would like to further request a copy of LGU Field Health Service Information System (FHSIS) Annual Report of the following municipalities for 2020-2022:
1. Quezon, Bukidnon
2. Kitaotao, Bukidnon
3. Arakan, North Cotabato
The said document are need for the case study we are conducting in the area. Thank you.
