Hi good day, i am humbly requesting the good office to furnish us the pertinent Health Data of cabanatuan city regarding the following:

per barangay
-Sex – specific morbidity rate by age group and leading causes 
-number of infant deaths(under 11 months old)
-number of neo-natal deaths(1-27 days old)	
-Sex – specific crude death rate 
-Contraceptive prevalence rate by type of contraceptive method used 
-Incidence of teenage pregnancy
-Livebirths by sex, by barangay
-Life expectancy by sex 
-Percent of population with iron, iodine and vitamin A deficiencies by sex and age group

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that the information requested is not available as Cabanatuan City is beyond the territorial jurisdiction of the Cagayan Valley Center for Health Development.
