Visit the DOH National Health Facility Registry (NHFR) website at https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/VActivefacilitiesList for the master list of health facilities in the Philippines. You may select the health facility type and download the data in Excel or CSV format

You may also visit the Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/list-of-licensed-health-facilities/ for the list of DOH accredited facilities including hospitals
