Hi! I would like to request for information regarding: 

1. Number of reported cases of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the Philippines and in every Region from 1997 - 2020. 
2. Percentage of the reported cases of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Philippines from 1997 - 2020.
3. Numbers of reported cases of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the Philippines caused by rice consumption and sugar consumption.
