October 11, 2021 Dear Isabel, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 11, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Financial Statements for Diosdado P. Macapagal Memorial Hospital. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of financial statements for LGU and private hospitals and that Escolastica Romero District Hospital is not a DOH Hospital. We can only refer to requests for financial statements to DOH Hospitals only. Kindly refer to the DOH Hospitals posted at the DOH website: https://doh.gov.ph/doh-hospitals-directory and send a new request for financial statements.
