Hello, I would like to request for the Financial Statements (Income Statement and Balance Sheet) of Esolastica Romero District Hospital in Lubao, Pampanga for the years 2018-2020 for the completion of my final thesis for my Masters in Business Administration in Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health.

You asked for Financial Statements for Diosdado P. Macapagal Memorial Hospital.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of financial statements for LGU and private hospitals and that Escolastica Romero District Hospital  is not a DOH Hospital.  We can only refer to requests for financial statements to DOH Hospitals only. Kindly refer to the DOH Hospitals posted at the DOH website: https://doh.gov.ph/doh-hospitals-directory and send a new request for financial statements.
