- Number of reported cases for specific diseases (respiratory diseases such as asthma and chronic pulmonary disease, diarrhea, typhoid fever, allergy, malaria) in Kiwalan and Dalipuga, Iligan City
- Breakdown of age groups affected by each disease
2.) Mortality rate
- Number of deaths categorized by age groups in Kiwalan and Dalipuga, Iligan City
- Causes of death (if available) and their respective frequencies
