Good day Ma'am/Sir,
I have been trying to access my vaccine certificate but still my UPDATE REQUEST IS STILL IN PROGRESS. Also, I have already contacted my LGU to encode the my additional dose (1st booster shot) but for a long time my request is STILL IN PROGRESS.
I really hope you can help me with this matter as I badly need the VaxCertificate before or on August 4, 2023.

Your FOI request is approved.
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
Rest-assured that we've already coordinated with Agent 212 from the National Patient Navigation and Referral Center (NPNRC) at (02) 8651-7800 local 2431-2435. Please expect a call or an e-mail from them, if none, kindly call them back through the number above.
In the meantime that we are experiencing Technical Issues on our VaxCertPH portal, kindly refer to the attached DOH Memorandum Circular for other options.
