Hello good day,
I just want to ask regarding with ONE-Covid Allowance (OCA)
I was a Radiologic Technologist employee in Allied Care Expert Medical Center Cebu from August 24, 2020 – September 15, 2021.
After resigning to the said hospital I was hired in Qualimed Hospital Iloilo still as a Radiologic Technologist from September 29, 2021- July 1, 2022.
I was employed in two (2) different hospitals but I didn't get any ONE-Covid Allowance (OCA). I already tried to communicate with each hospital (Human Resources) but they said they are still waiting the fund to be release. Please help

Kindly note that the HEA Coverage is limited to the period from July 1, 2021-July 20, 2023. Furthermore, the Department of Health Central Office has released sub-allotted/transferred funds to all Centers for Health Development, DOH Hospitals, TRCs and other attached agencies for the payment of HEA to eligible healthcare workers (HCWs) and non-HCWs
Complaints regarding the delayed released of HEA shall be filed to the concerned Center for Health Development with jurisdiction on the health facility where the HCW or non-HCW is assigned
