Your FOI request is approved. 

We would like to respectfully inform you that the FHSIS Team does not have statistics of pediatric terminal illnesses since our datasets only contain general morbidity based on ICD-10 coding used for reporting aggregated statistics. We would like to respectfully refer you to the Philippine Society of Medical Oncology and other related medical societies for such specific data.

Apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused. 

For the Design Requirements and design guidelines for Level 2 Specialized Pediatric Hospital,  you may browse the www.hfsrb.doh.gov.ph website or call the HFSRB hotline no. 86517800.
