good day , iam KRISTOFFER JOHN PEÑAFLORIDA working as seafarer, i would like to follow up my certification request for my 2nd doze booster that i will be using it for international use abroad, ive been tracking my request for days yet it is still rejected. here are the detail of my vaccine.

You asked for covid 19 vaccination certification request.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
If you want, you may kindly coordinate with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. 
In the meantime that we are experiencing Technical Issues on our VaxCertPH portal, kindly refer to the attached DOH Memorandum Circular for other options.
For further assistance, you may call the Vax Cert Customer service at (02) 8876-1488 and vaxcertsupport@doh.gov.ph  or the National Patient Navigation and Referral Center (NPNRC) at (02) 8651-7800 local 2431-2435. You may also review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://foi.gov.ph/help.
