1. Age demographics of blind, deaf, and mute persons in REGION IV-A

2. Statistics/Number of blind, deaf, and mute persons who did not finish Elementary or High School level education

3. Floor plans of the Philippine National School for the Blind and Deaf in Pasay

Please be informed that we have endorsed your request to CALABARZON Center for Health Development (CHD) for action. Kindly await for their response.

For items #2 and #3 kindly directly coordinate with the Philippine National School for the Blind and Deaf, as this is not a DOH hospital and a private facility

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested.
