Hi! I would like to request for the report on the utilization of the suballotment is issued to all Centers for Health Development for the procurement of assistive
devices pursuant to DOH issued a guidelines on the provision of assistive devices and technology as a
component of the comprehensive health care services for persons with disabilities and the
elderly.
