1. List hospitals or healthcare facilities that offer orthopedic surgeries and services in Metro Manila or Luzon.
2. Demographic profile of orthopedic patients in different orthopedic hospitals/ health care facilities in Metro Manila or Luzon.

Please Visit the DOH National Health Facility Registry (NHFR) that contains the master list of health facilities in the Philippines at https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/VActivefacilitiesList. Select the facility type and download the data in Excel or CSV format

Please be informed that we can only provide some information requested as we do not gather specific data for Orthopedic Hospitals. Kindly accomplish the FOI Request Feedback form at the link https://bit.ly/DOHFOIFeedbackForm
