I refer to my letter of Oct 13, 2022 03:05:17 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Medical Rehabilitation Center for PWD's in Region 4-a.

May we clarify and ask that you specify what rehabilitation you are referring to? Is it for drug abuse, alcohol, substance abuse, etc?

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have data on Physical Rehabilitation and drug abuse.
