✔ Recommendation for the funding of the proposed project.
✔ Drug Statistics of Region 3
✔ Checklist and guidelines for designing a drug rehab center
✔ Plans and Programs regarding health care in connection with drug rehabs.
✔ ideal bed to population ratio
