Thank you for your request dated Nov 23, 2023 10:10:25 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Number of Needlestick Injuries for the Year 2021-2022. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the DOH EPIDEMIOLOGY BUREAU does not have the information you have requested. As per advised, this is handled by the HOSPITAL PATIENT SAFETY RECORD and for Internal Consumption only. However, you may wish to contact a specific Hospitals (PRIMARY, SECONDARY & TERTIARY) to coordinate with them regarding this concern.
