While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the Annual Statistical Report of Mandaluyong City Medical Center as this is not a DOH Hospital. Kindly coordinate with Mandaluyong City Medical Center for this data request.
