As with the person who reported a lost vaccinated card and expressed concern that his or her record through the Vaxcert website is not recorded, I would like to voice my concern regarding my vaccination record. I recently lost my vaccination card, which is actually printed on a piece of paper. I have been fully vaccinated since last year, and I have a photo of it. I was hoping to get another vaccination card and I saw a post regarding checking the record of my vaccination in Vaxcert website, then I tried checking the record and it says that no record of my vaccination there.

with the LGU where you received your
vaccination as their office shall verify your record
prior to the issuance of a new vaccination card.
