I would like to request for the following demographic data of Outpatient Sport Injuries, Outpatient Pre and Post Orthopedic Surgery Rehabilitation, and General Reconstruction and Fitness Rehabilitation:

1. Age bracket of patients per department
2. Gender
3. Average number of patients per year

This information will be used as a basis for our research proposal regarding orthopedic facilities and provided services.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that we do not gather this data being requested and this data is handled per hospital. In addition, the private and LGU hospitals are not under the management of the Department of Health.

We suggest you limit your study on a specific health facility or hospital. You may refer to the directory of DOH hospitals posted at the DOH website: https://doh.gov.ph/doh-hospitals-directory
