We would like to gather data through your available documents that are relevant to our chosen Thesis study.  
•Monthly or yearly average number of  patients that require palliative care (2017-2022)
•The average monthly hospitalization cost of  patients that require hospice and palliative care

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested.

We regret to inform you that DOH does not regulate hospice and not gather hospice data. We ask that you directly coordinate with the hospice for this information
