Hello, I would like to request for more information regarding:

Neurological records (at least patient population count and the specific neurological diseases, e.g stroke, brain tumor) of the following hospitals in Mabalacat, Pampanga:
•	Mabalacat District Hospital
•	St. Raphael Foundation And Medical Center, Inc.
•	Tiglao General Hospital

In case the request above is not available, may I request at least the information about:
Patient-Population count of people with Neurological diseases (indicate the specific neurological disease) in Pampanga City

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. Kindly coordinate with the hospitals as you mentioned for these are private hospitals and not under DOH.
