I refer to my letter of Aug 11, 2023 02:12:56 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request for Statistics of Hospice/Palliative Patients in Davao Region.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. 

We can only provide this data from DOH Hospitals in Davao, such as Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) & Davao Regional Medical Center (DRMC).

For SPMC, we can only provide statistics on outpatient and npatient palliative patient but not on their life expectancy.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We are unable to provide item #1 of the request as we do not collect that information. However, attached is the copy of the latest statistics on the morbidity rate of leading diseases in Davao Region as provided by our statisticians.
