Good day!
I'm Leonard Caisip, a 5th-year architecture student from De La Salle University - Dasmariñas undertaking a thesis related to the Hospice Care Facility.
I want to ask if there's progress on developing free-standing infrastructure for Hospice Care.

I would also like to request some data that may help me to push through my research proposal. These are the following:
1.  List of Hospice Care Program/Centers in the Philippines
2. Statistics of Hospice Patience in the Philippines by Region/Province
3, List of Diseases that cater by Hospice
4. Guidelines for designing Hospice Facility

We regret to inform you that DOH does not collect data regarding on the Hospice Care Facility.

We suggest you to directly contact Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) for information about Hospice Care Facility.

review of the response by writing to the Central
Appeals and Review Committee, at
foi@doh.gov.ph. Your review request should
explain why you are dissatisfied with this
response, and should be made within 15 calendar

when we receive your review request.
