I am writing on behalf of Healthworkers in Pampanga, and I would like to request a disbursement report for the Health Emergency Allowance that was allocated to Hospitals in Pampanga.

The disbursement report should include the following information:

1. Total amount received Health Emergency Allowance of each Hospital per Month.
2. Dates of disbursement and the corresponding recipient Hospital.
3. Approved HEA Months of each Hospital and what are for funding.

You asked for HEALTH EMERGENCY ALLOWANCE DISBURSEMENT REPORT FOR PAMPANGA.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

The Department of Health has sub-allotted funds to the Central Luzon Center for Health Development (DOH Regional Office 3) for the grant of the said benefits. The claims for CY 2021 and CY 2022 are being prioritized over the claims for CY 2023.

Concerns regarding the non-payment of HEA shall be submitted to Central Luzon CHD that has jurisdiction over the concerned health care workers/non health care workers.
