Hello!
I would like to request correction of my first name in my Vaccination ID and certificate on vaxcertph. 
The website / vaxcert record for my name is set to FRANCIS RACASA BONA as my full name but the correct name is FRANCIS RACASA. I really need to change my first name as soon as possible because I have a scheduled flight.
 
Below are all the details request to change.
