We regret to inform you that Clark Multi-Specialty Medical Center is not a DOH hospital and we do not have custody of the requested data

We ask that you directly coordinate with the Clark Multi-Specialty Medical Center for this request, thank you

May I ask where should I coordinate regarding my request, if not DOH, since the said Multi-specialty Medical Center in Clark, Pampanga just had its groundbreaking on July 17, 2023?
