Attached are the data provided from DOH Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital and Batangas Medical Center. For Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital, ***Please note that the following count that were considered are not directly related to cancer treated patients, 
instead these are inpatients who has different primary diagnosis and their cancer related diagnosis are not their main cause for admission.
