Hello! I am Mikaela Egrubay, currently doing my Architectural Thesis. I would like to ask the following data for my research, entitled "A Proposed Pediatric Hospital", IN CALABARZON PER MUNICIPALITY 2018-2023:
1. Patient Demographics (age range and gender)
2. Disease Prevalence: prevalence of common childhood diseases & conditions
3. Hospital Admissions: both elective & emergency cases
4. Average Length of Stay
5. Outpatient Visits
6. Use of Emergency Dept
7. Mortality Rates and Causes of Death
8. Staffing Ratios: recommended or standard staffing ratios for pediatric healthcare providers

Age Range of Patient Demographics - Childrens' Age: 0-19 Years Old
Common Childhood Diseases / Condition - Top 10, include the Admissions, OPD, and ER; if possible, separate each.
Admissions - Yes, please separate the elective and emergency cases.
Use of Emergency Department - Yes, the admission census. If possible, could you provide both the overall admission census (all ages) and pediatric admission census; if possible, separate each.
Causes of Death - Top 10, both overall (all ages) and in pedia/children; if possible, separate each.

We will also endorse this to Field Implementation and Coordination Team (FICT) North Luzon for action.
