Hi! I would like to request for a copy of the Monthly Bulletin of Philippine Health Service Volume 9-10 (1929) by the Philippine Bureau of Health for our research. 

Specifically, the requester is interested on the part of the document where skin clinics were discussed.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the DOH Central Library does not have the information you have requested. Although please note that the office has made the effort to contact other agencies/institutions if they have the documents you need.
