4. Top 10 causes of death (mortality) in Tondo, Bulacan 2022

Visit the FHSIS Annual Reports posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials for the data on Morbidity and Mortality in the Philippines

We also attached the data on morbidity and mortality in Sta. Maria Bulacan 

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not have data on morbidity and mortality in Tondo, Manila. We ask that you coordinate with the Manila Health Department under the Manila LGU for this request
