Good day!

Our institution is currently conducting our inaugural project for continuous quality improvement which is done through an investigative research format entitled "Factors affecting length of stay of patients diagnosed with Community Acquired Pneumonia". 

In line with this, we would like to request from your good office the hospital statistics of the average length of stay of our selected patient demographic as a point of reference. This data will be included in our review of related literature, and will be used as a point of reference for our QA / Research studies. Thank you.

I refer to my letter of Jan 08, 2024 03:22:02 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Hospital annual statistics on the average length of stay of patients diagnosed with Pneumonia.

 Please be advised that the DOH EB only has data on pneumonia cases while HFSRB has data on the average length of stay of patients. However, DOH does not have the requested information on Hospital annual statistics on the average length of stay of patients diagnosed with Pneumonia. If you like, we could provide the available information. For your specific data request, you may directly coordinate with the hospitals.
