Bungay, a 4th year Architectural student from Mapua University,I would like to request a copy of the annual hospital statistical report of CALOOCAN CITY NORTH MEDICAL CENTER, i will use this data for my thesis research entitled "A proposed redevelopment of Caloocan city north medical center".
