You asked for FDA Administrative Order No. 2013-0007.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

Relative to this, please find attached requested copy of  
AO 2013-0007,  " Guidelines on the Establishment of Malaria Elimination HUBS". It has nothing to do with non-dairy creamer.

In this regard, May we kindly request for the correct AO No. for us to provide/act on the request.
