Your Request
You asked for 2021 Performance Based Bonus to DOH Hospitals.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved.
- Please be informed that the National Performance Management Team (NPMT) filed and appeal for reconsideration and after careful consideration, the final evaluation of IATF on the appeal states that "the DOH-OSEC now achieved 28 out of 36 targets." However, a rating of 2 on the Performance Results still remains.
- Furthermore, the earlier issued FY 2021 final eligibility assessment remains where DOH obtained 65 points for PBB criteria and conditions as provided in Section 4.0 of the AO 25 IATF MC 2021-1. Hence the DOH is not eligible for the grant of PBB FY 2021.
