We regret to inform you that San Jose General Hospital is not a DOH Hospital and under the Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija. Please refer to the list of DOH Hospitals at the  DOH website: https://doh.gov.ph/doh-hospitals-directory 

We ask that you directly coordinate with San Jose General Hospital  at https://www.nuevaecija.ph/offices/san-jose-city-general-hospital/ for the data you need for your thesis
