Greetings, I'm 5th year architecture student and currently we are in the process of gathering data's and information that would help me in our proposed study, "A Proposed Regional Children and Maternal Medical Center in Ilocos Region." In this regard, we would like to seek your assistance in obtaining the following data:

1. Updated Mortality Deaths and Rate among maternal, infant, and children in Ilocos Region and its provinces: Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, and Pangasinan year 2021, 2022, and 2023 
2. Mortality and Morbidity cause among maternal, infant and children in each provinces
