Hi, I would like to request for the 2023 Public Health Emergency Preparedness Plans and Programs implemeted in the municipality of Polangui, Albay

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 30, 2023 03:14:59 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Public Health Emergency Preparedness Plans and Programs.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that our DOH Regional Office 5 Bicol does not have custody of data for the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Plan per Municipality or Province. We ask that you coordinate with the Municipality 
of Polangui at https://polangui.gov.ph/ for this data request
