Hi! I'm Maika Factor, a 5th year BS- Architecture student working on my thesis of a regional heart specialized hospital in CALABARZON. In line with this, I would like to request information on the following:
1. Updated number of bed capacity of hospitals in CALABARZON per city / province.
2. Updated list of hospitals in CALABARZON per city / province and by level.
3. Morbidity case for the last 10 years in CALABARZON per city / province.
4. Mortality rate in the last 10 years in CALABARZON per city / province.

Also, correction on my request:
3. Morbidity case (relating to cardiovascular diseases or the circulatory system) for the last 10 years in CALABARZON per city / province.
4. Mortality rate (relating to cardiovascular diseases or the circulatory system) in the last 10 years in CALABARZON per city / province.
Additionally, regarding the Morbidity case and mortality rate (relating to cardiovascular diseases or the circulatory system) for the last 10 years in CALABARZON per city / province on my request, please give me data of population, total cases and morbidity/mortality rate with indicated rate of population used per year.
Please give me any available recent consecutive (10) years that you have data on this as I urgently need it for thesis purposes.
