Annual number of people diagnosed with (classified by age, year, and municipalities/cities).

c. Autism Spectrum
d. Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
e. Peripheral Neuropathy
f. Parkinson's disease
g. Multiple Sclerosis
h. Sports-related injury

Your Request
You asked for Functional Disability Population.
Response to Request
The file contains only the Sports-related injuries from September 2020 to March 2023 because the Online National Electronic Injury Surveillance System (ONEISS) can only collect injury cases and no other conditions. Furthermore, we can only provide up to the regional data and not the provincial and municipal levels anymore.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Central Appeals and Review Committee, at foi@doh.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
