I refer to my letter of Sep 18, 2023 09:34:35 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Number of vaccination facilities in Philippines.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.  May we clarify which vaccination type are you referring to? Presently, the DOH conducts vaccination for children, senior citizens and COVID vaccination with the LGUs.

You asked for Number of vaccination facilities in Philippines.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved.
   - Currently, FIELD IMPLEMENTATION AND COORDINATION TEAM (FICT) Technical Office does not have the specific data on-hand, whether in linelist format or aggregated counts regarding facilities that provide immunization services. 

As a proxy data source, public primary care facilities, particularly Rural Health Units (RHUs), which are owned and managed by Local Government Units (LGUs) historically provide majority of the immunization services in the Philippines. 

For the list of RHUs in the Philippines, and other health facilities you may want to check, please visit the National Health Facility Registry at nhfr.doh.gov.ph
