We are conducting a study about the SELF CARE MANAGEMENT OF OLDER ADULTS AGES 65-74 WITH TYPE II DIABETES IN ___. 

In connection with the development of the study, we are cordially asking your good office to know the information regarding the following:

1. The Municipality and Barangay in Albay that has the highest number of reported of Type II Diabetes cases from 2018-2023 ( By Gender and Age Group: 64 years old - 74 years old). 

2. The number of reported of Type II Diabetes cases from 2018-2023 ( By Gender and Age Group: 64 years old - 74 years old)  in that said Barangay.
