Visit the DOH National Health Facility Registry (NHFR) website at https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/VActivefacilitiesList for the masterlist of health facilities in the Philippines. You may select the health facility per region and download the data in Excel or CSV format. The data includes information of each facility and its Average Bed Capacity (ABC)

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not have custody of the data on Philhealth enrollment and ask that you coordinate with Philhealth at http://philhealth.gov.ph for this request
