I refer to my letter of Dec 02, 2021 03:41:14 PM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Covid-19 Vaccine Rate on each Barangays of Zamboanga City.

Our response to your request is due on Dec 23, 2021 03:41:14 PM. 
Relative thereof, while the office's Regional Vaccine Operation Center (RVOC) has the COVID-19 vaccination coverage data for provinces cities and municipalities, it is the Local Vaccine Operation Center (LVOC) of each city/municipality which has the per barangay data. Hence, this request for data was coordinated with the City Health Office of Zamboanga last December 21, 2021. We will email you the data once received from the DOH Regional Office 9 Zamboanga.

I apologize for this delay but have applied for an extension so we could work further on your request. We hope to be able to send you a response on or before Jan 20, 2022 03:41:14 PM.
