Your request You asked for Contract between government and Pfizer/Moderna. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. As highlighted in the DOH Legal Service Memorandum, it is crucial to clarify that the office is not privy to any contracts related to the Government of the Philippines. Their function is to review and negotiate the legal aspects of documents and does not engage in the facilitation of signing and execution with suppliers.
