You asked for National Health Literacy Survey.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested because exemptions under Sections 4 and 9 of the "List of Exemptions" of the DOH FOI Manual apply to that information.

The data falls under "4. Information deemed confidential for the protection of the privacy of persons and certain individuals such as minors, victims of crimes, or the accused" and "9. Other exemptions to the right to information under laws, jurisprudence, rules and regulations" through the Data Privacy Act (DPA)
