Hi. I would like to ask for some data particularly from the NCMH or concerned agencies on the following:

1. Reported cases of involuntary treatment in mental health facilities in the country
a. NCMH and government-run facilities
b. Privately-run mental health facilities.

Please be informed that we can only refer your request to DOH Hospitals only, namely: the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) and Mariveles Mental Hospital. Also, please be advised that we do not have custody of data for private health facilities. We'll send you feedback once available.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested.
