Good day.  We are a funeral services company based in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.  We are interested in adding Animal Embalming and Memorial services to our existing funeral service company that currently services human remains.  

We would like to inquire about the list of documents and the different  permits and licenses required if we would like to add animal embalming services to our company services.   We do have existing permits and licenses to run our current company, and we'd like to know if we need to update any of these permits as required.  Thank you.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that the accreditation of pet funeral homes and embalming services is handled by each LGU. We ask that you coordinate with the Bacolod City LGU at https://bacolodcity.gov.ph/departments/ for this request
