Good Day, I am a 4th year BS Computer Engineering Student.
And I humbly request to have an appointment to FDA for our capstone project. Currently, we are in need of the actual counterfeit medicine that will be feed to our prototype system. This includes of taking pictures of the actual medicine inside the counterfeit detection system. We assure you that this will remain confidential and will only be used for research purposes.

Good Morning Sir/Ma'am, I already sent a letter to Dr. Samuel and hoping to reach him as soon as possible. Regarding to my request, you said last time to lodge another request pertaining to the data I needed "The actual/physical counterfeit blister-packed medicine". I think replying it here would be better to reduce any more transactions. Hoping for you kind considerations. The attached file is the letter for appointment sent to Dr. Samuel which you may used as reference also.
